The full picture.
Not just the portfolio.
Wealth at scale has moving parts that no single investment strategy can address. Private Wealth Management at Shell Capital coordinates every dimension of your financial life — estate, tax, protection, succession, and legacy — with the same rigor we apply to managing capital.
Investment management is necessary. It’s not sufficient.
For families with meaningful wealth, the risks that matter most are often invisible — the wrong asset titling, a trust structure that hasn’t been reviewed, life insurance that doesn’t match current exposure, business succession with no plan. These gaps don’t announce themselves. They reveal themselves at the worst possible time.
Shell Capital’s private wealth management practice exists to identify and address those gaps before they become consequences — working across the full spectrum of a client’s financial life, not just the brokerage account.
Coordinating every advisor around a single strategy.
Christi Shell works directly with your CPA, estate attorney, and other trusted advisors — not in parallel, but in coordination. When every professional is working from the same strategic foundation, decisions compound into each other instead of conflicting.
The result isn’t complexity. It’s clarity — and a financial life that operates as a coherent whole rather than a collection of separate accounts and disconnected advice.
Where sophisticated planning begins.
Coordinating trust structures, gifting strategies, and estate documents with your attorney to ensure your plan reflects your current reality and future intentions.
Proper titling is one of the most overlooked and consequential aspects of wealth management — for asset protection, estate planning, and beneficiary outcomes.
Investment decisions made with full awareness of their tax consequences — lot-level harvesting, gain deferral, and charitable structures that reduce lifetime tax burden.
Sequencing withdrawals, optimizing Social Security timing, managing RMDs, and building income streams designed to last longer than you need them to.
Donor-advised funds, charitable remainder trusts, and legacy giving structures that align your values with your financial plan — and reduce taxes in the process.
Building structures that transfer wealth efficiently across generations — with appropriate governance, education, and protections built in from the start.
